Our work, our photos
Everything on this page comes straight off our own jobsites in Whatcom County. No stock photos and no renders. This is what the ground looks like when we are done with it.

Finished building pad
A building pad is finished when the concrete crew has nothing to fix. Smooth, track walked, compacted, cut to the level the plans called for. The red Yanmar parked at the far edge did all of it.

Trench corridor, laid out and shot for grade
The cheap part of trenching is the digging. This is the part that decides everything: lines painted, stakes set, grades shot with a laser before the machine moves. Layout day ahead of an onsite system install, and every trench we cut starts exactly like this.

Cleared homesite at rough grade
End of the working day on a homesite carved out of dense fir. The swale through the middle is the detail worth studying: it sends winter water around the building area instead of across it, and that one cut will matter every November for the next thirty years.
We add photos as jobs finish. If you want to see work close to what your project needs, ask and we will show you what we have.
